BRMi is pleased to announce that Mark Silva has joined DMS, a wholly owned subsidiary of BRMi, as Senior Director.
Mr. Silva comes to DMS with over 40 years of experience as a manager of programs, projects, operations, resources, sites, customer relationships, and more. He has delivered and implemented services, solutions, and processes to clients across sectors, industries, and segments, including information technology and biomedical research in the federal space. Clients and coworkers alike recognize him as a true servant-leader and an inspiring mentor, maximizing team focus, performance, and output.

We are going to utilize our decades of experience at the nexus of IT in medicine to assist in the mission of improving public health,” adds Silva with a view to the future.
As a former delivery executive responsible for Veterans Affairs and Health and Human Services, including the National Institute of Infectious Diseases and the National Cancer Institute, Silva adds to DMS expertise in the mission, culture, and environment of the National Institutes of Health. He will be ensuring continued excellence on the DMS portfolio of work as well as refining and implementing DMS strategy to more effectively bring its service set to the federal health market—identifying, developing, and capturing new business and exploring biomedical research- and health-related contract opportunities.
Mr. Silva holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
