Since January, BRMi’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee has offered BRMi staff the highlights of prominent role models during ethnic history months; kicked off formal training to promote diversity and inclusion; and held remote, interactive events. BRMi seeks to familiarize its employees with diverse points-of-view.

Interactive events have included the hands-on experience of women navigating their career paths and the element of privilege in life. Insights and advice from BRMi Senior Vice President, Anita Lynn, and DMS Vice President, Stephanie Halling, were appreciated by many participants in the women-in-IT event in helping to guide and further their own success.

The D&I committee is continuing to work towards their long-term feedback goals and building the happiest, most engaged workforce.
