A little less than 3 years ago, our leadership initiated BRMi Cares, a volunteer program for bringing together team members across the company to better serve their communities. We started with one event, and 12 volunteers, and those numbers quickly grew. Our employees are playing a huge role in demonstrating the company’s commitment to outreach and philanthropy.
BRMi Cares provides the opportunities and coordination. Our employees are capitalizing on those opportunities and giving back through personal contributions, volunteering efforts, and charitable involvement. Last year, almost 40 BRMi team members came together to help make a difference in the lives of over 87 families in the greater D.C. area during the pandemic. This year, we’re hoping to do even more!
