The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations has selected BRMi to provide robotic process automation (RPA) services to improve operational efficiency. Utilizing state-of-the-art intelligent-automation tools and process analysis competencies, we will operationalize automated assistants to manage the increasing workload created by an expanding public-private partnership program, the Reimbursable Services Program.

“BRMi’s deep knowledge of the Department’s mission and operations allowed us to identify a business process that would benefit from streamlining and automation. BRMi’s talented RPA technologists will operationalize software ‘bots’ that will relieve field officers of manual tasks that take away hundreds of hours a week from critical border mission tasks. Our goal is to focus on the mission needs of our customers, giving them more time and resources to execute their critical activities,” said BRMi’s founder and President, Mike Battle.

BRMi is an information technology services firm supporting both government and commercial markets. Our services include advisory, business optimization, and application solutions.
