BRMi has been awarded a multi-year contract to support the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP) in maturing business-centric data management practices and solutions. BRMi will assist the BCFP’s Consumer Response division with developing a data strategy and implementing a complaint gateway for government partners. These initiatives will allow the BCFP to share complaint data with other government regulators and federal partners and stakeholders, further enabling the BCFP’s efforts to ensure that banks, lenders, and other financial companies treat consumers fairly.
